We collect product information from buyer and quote the price, quality and delivery time. Buyer confirms the order and guarantees the payment. We make a purchase order and a letter of credit..
We make different types of samples using available or actual fabric and accessories. Samples are sent to buyer for checking the fit, measurement, design and quality of the garments.
We book the required fabric and accessories from different sources and check their availability. We make a time and action calendar to plan the production process and meet the deadline. We inspect the inventory for quality and quantity.
We make patterns and markers for bulk production and cut the fabric according to them. We set up the production line with different sewing machines and operators. We sew the garments following the approved samples and specifications.
We finish the garments by ironing, folding, tagging, labeling and packing them in poly bags. We make cartons with buyer's information and pack the garments in them. We weigh and measure the cartons and seal them properly.
We conduct pre-final and final inspections to ensure the quality of the garments. We invite buyer or third party to inspect the products and get approval. We deliver the products to the buyer or shipping agent as per the agreement.
